2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

70 cl de lait<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

15 pruneaux<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

du beurre demi-sel\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer\u00a0 la farine, le lait, le sucre, les \u0153ufs, le sucre vanill\u00e9. Remuez jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te fine.<\/li>\n
  2. Couvrez le saladier avec un chiffon propre et laissez reposer une heure.<\/li>\n
  3. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  4. Beurrez votre plat (si possible un plat en terre). Le fond et les coins du plat doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s bien beurr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  5. Versez la p\u00e2te dans le plat.<\/li>\n
  6. Roul\u00e9s les pruneaux dans de la farine et ajoutez-les \u00e0 votre p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n
  7. Faire cuire une demi-heure dans le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  8. \u00c9teignez le four et laisser reposer une demi-heure.<\/li>\n
  9. Important : \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 le plat est enfourn\u00e9 il ne faut surtout pas ouvrir la porte du four pendant une heure.<\/li>\n
  10. Laissez refroidir et servez !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
