A French summer programme for young adults
Designed for students aged 18 to 25, the French Summer Campus combines language learning, international student life and the freedom to enjoy Montpellier at your own pace. Study French, share experiences with students from around the world and discover the Mediterranean lifestyle through cultural activities and weekly excursions.
French lessons
Attend 20 French lessons per week in international classes adapted to your level. With a strong focus on practical communication, the course helps you improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills while developing your vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. All French levels are accepted !
Enjoy Montpellier independently
Lessons and organised activities provide structure, while your free time remains your own. Explore the historic centre, visit the Mediterranean beaches or enjoy Montpellier’s cafés, restaurants and summer events with your new international friends. The programme is designed for independent young adults who are comfortable managing their daily lives abroad.

The programme is exclusively designed for young adults aged 18 to 25 who want to improve their French and enjoy an international summer experience in Montpellier.
No. All French levels are accepted. You will be placed in an international class suited to your level.
The programme includes 20 French lessons per week, with a focus on practical communication and everyday French.
Each week includes one guided city or cultural activity, one half-day excursion and one full-day weekend excursion. Destinations vary according to the weekly programme and local conditions.
You will stay in a modern student residence with a private room and bathroom, Wi-Fi, shared common areas and access to the campus fitness centre.
Yes. A Montpellier public transport pass is included for the duration of your stay.
French lessons, activities and excursions are organised by the local team. However, this is an adult programme rather than a fully supervised junior camp. Participants are free during their personal time and must be able to manage their daily lives independently.
You can join the programme for two, three or four weeks between 4 July and 14 August 2027, subject to availability.
Arrival at the student residence is on Sunday, before classes begin on Monday. Departure is on Saturday after your final week.
